Regional Land focuses on acquisition/disposition services for builder and developer clientele, primarily across the State of California.    Since our inception we have closed transactions from Orange and LA Counties, north to the Bay Area and Sacramento.
 
Although we specialize in residential land, our background is quite diverse.  We have brokered both commercial and mixed-use transactions as well.  Our clientele is primarily comprised of homebuilders (both private and publicly held), developers, lenders, and investors.  We also deal in property management, entitlements, investment, and development.
